The new designs & characteristic for IBM35
1.It adopts only one girder for the injection and blowing positions. there will be more space on the work table, and then it is easy to install the moulds. the core rods gyration semidiameter is more then before, now the products height is increased to 175mm.
2.Its hydraulic system adopts the Proportional Electro-Hydraulic Load Sensing Piston Pumps-Single Pump, it is energy-saving, high-efficiency. There is less return oil, when there is no load in the hydraulic system, oil temperature will be low, it can protect the hydraulic oil.
3. Injection clamping moulding sections structure is improved, to ensure it can lock the injection mould better.
4. The work table is cast by ductile cast iron, and it is more thick, more strong and more steady.
